Founded in 2010, GetITAnswered.co.uk was created to provide professional
IT support to home based and business computer users. We work on the
basis that computer users can share/exchange their knowledge in a forum
environment and create a helpful IT support community. The forum is
also monitored by GetITAnswered professionals that aim to provide a
solution/answer to any problem/question that is posed by our visitors.
GetITAnswered primarily support any Windows based environment including
XP, Vista and Windows 7. As well as this we are willing to listen to
any IT problem that a customer chooses to ask! Including general SAP
and CITRIX issues.
When tackling problems we take a flexible approach and are willing to
incorporate the customers’ business idea as well as just looking for
a prompt solution. We are a UK based group but are willing to offer
support around the world.
Our overall aim is to deliver the highest quality solution to our visitors
from an experienced team of IT professionals.
